About Gordon Rojo

About My Practice

My name is Gordon Rojo, and I practice shamanic healing rooted in the Andean energy medicine traditions of Peru. I completed my apprenticeship in the Sacred Valley and work with practices such as soul retrieval, cord cutting, illumination, and energy clearing.

My work draws from the Andean energy medicine tradition preserved by the Q’ero lineage of the Andes. This tradition views healing as the process of restoring balance within the luminous energy field that surrounds and informs the physical body.

During my apprenticeship in the Sacred Valley of Peru, I trained in core shamanic healing methods including:

  • Soul retrieval
  • Cord cutting
  • Illumination processes
  • Fluid energy extraction
  • Entity extraction
  • Decoupling of energetic patterns
  • Shamanic journeying to the lower world, middle world, and upper world

These practices aim to identify and release energetic imprints, restore lost vitality, and support personal transformation.

Andean Initiations (Rites Received)

During my training I received a series of Andean energetic transmissions known as karypay rites. These initiations are traditionally given to support the development of a healer’s energy field and perception.

Healer’s Rite (Hampe Karpay)

This initiation connects the practitioner with a lineage of healers and energetic medicine people. It is said to awaken the healing capacity within the luminous energy field.

Bands of Power (Luminous Bands)

The Bands of Power establish energetic protections within the luminous field. These bands are understood to strengthen boundaries and maintain energetic integrity while working with spiritual forces.

Harmony Rite (Ayni Karpay)

This rite installs archetypal energies associated with the chakras, supporting balance between personal consciousness and universal forces.

Seer Rite (Kawak Karpay)

The Seer Rite is intended to awaken the ability to perceive subtle energies and patterns within the luminous field.

Earthkeeper Rite (Pampa Mesayok)

This initiation connects the practitioner to the stewardship of the Earth and the wisdom of the land. Earthkeepers are traditionally understood as guardians of harmony between humanity and nature.

Wisdomkeeper Rite (Altomesayok)

The Wisdomkeeper rite is associated with the archetype of the mountain priest or spiritual teacher. It represents a commitment to preserving and transmitting sacred knowledge.

Mosok Rite

The Mosok Rite is associated with stepping into a new level of responsibility and service. It symbolizes the emergence of a new kind of human consciousness.

Starkeeper Rite (Kurak Akuyak)

This initiation relates to connection with cosmic forces and higher spiritual guidance. It represents the integration of spiritual awareness beyond ordinary reality.

Creator Rite (Taitanchis)

The Creator Rite is considered the culmination of the initiations. It symbolizes alignment with the creative intelligence that animates life and the cosmos.
